In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analysing product lines, service delivery and overall performance of the business. Collaborating across our teams, you will interpret needs and define business requirements, to develop tailored reporting and insights for a range of stakeholders. Your mahi will contribute to improvement of systems and processes to ensure the best possible service and support for the community we serve.
Taikura Trust is the region's single facilitator of needs assessment and service coordination of support services for people under 65 years, who have a physical, intellectual or sensory impairment, or autism. Above all, Taikura Trust is about bringing certainty to the lives of the people we support and walking the journey with children and families to live the lives they choose.
About the role …
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis, to identify problems, opportunities and solutions for the organisation
- Create business cases for new service lines and support projects when required
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets, and interpret the data to inform decision making and strategyUphold Taikura values, ensuring respect and inclusivity are modelled in all aspects of the role.
About you …
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly MS Power BI
- A relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in health or a service-based sector is an advantageYou demonstrate a commitment to Taikura values
