We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team in the Information Technology sector. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes, developing solutions, and providing support to the development team. Your duties will include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting workshops and meetings, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation, we want to hear from you. Experience in the Supply Chain industry will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, implement, and support systems.
- Apply techniques such as data flow modeling, use case modeling, and workflow analysis.
- Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders and project managers.
- Assist in aligning and re-engineering business processes.
- Work closely with developers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage user change requests and maintain technical documentation.

What You Bring- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
- Supply Chain industry experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years' experience in a tech or software development environment.
- Proficient in business process modelling and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and UML.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in technical environments with Unix/Linux, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
