Customer Solution Consultant
Location: Cape Town On-Site and willing to travel to customers.

Your Role in the Centre of Excellence
As an Integration Analyst Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to drive discovery, work with our Integration Architect to deliver smart integration strategies, and ensure clients are maximizing their software investment.
You'll act as a trusted consultant uncovering automation opportunities, advising on process, and guiding clients through transformation journeys that have a direct business impact.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that blends business analysis, integration know-how, and client collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to analyse systems, understand business workflows, and identify integration opportunities.
- Run discovery and requirements workshops to surface technical and business needs.
- Propose, document, and present tailored integration solutions using Flowgear
- Assist with data and process modelling, transformation mapping, and best-practice configuration
- Provide hands-on support for customers during integration design, build, and optimization phases
- Work alongside our internal Solution Engineering team and support teams to drive value realisation
- Lead post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions are delivering measurable outcomes
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, platform feedback, and product evolution
Who You Are
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
- Knowledge of ERP and Financial systems processes.
- Relevant ERP or iPaaS certifications (e.g. Sage, NetSuite, Flowgear, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
Other Qualifications
- ERP Certifications in Syspro, Netsuite, Sage
- Experience iPaaS platforms
- Low-code / no-code platform familiarity
- Scripting or API development exposure
Experience Required
- 4-6 years in an integration analyst focused consulting, business systems analyst, or implementation role.
- Understanding of ERP ecosystems: Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage etc
- Strong grasp of finance process flows and transformation initiatives.
- Experience designing integrations with Financial Institutions, Manufacturing and eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and transformation logic.
- Familiarity with API concepts (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), JSON, XML, and middleware integration strategies.
- Ability to independently lead client-facing workshops and design sessions.
