We’re looking for a hands-on, action-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives on solving problems and getting things done. This is not a “report and wait” role—we need someone who digs into data, uncovers actionable insights, and drives meaningful change across the business. This position will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build and maintain dashboards, and deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions, improve performance, and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights
- Translate business challenges into data questions—and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Analyze operational, financial, and strategic data to support forecasting, resource planning, and performance optimization.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting tools
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders of all levels—turn complexity into clarity.
Data Management
- Develop and manage data workflows, documentation, and best practices.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and predictive modeling efforts.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions backed by analysis.
Think Big, Act Fast
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging analytics tools.
- Build reusable templates, models, and knowledge assets to increase team efficiency.
- Take ownership of deliverables with urgency and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, uncover patterns, and tell a compelling data story.
- Ability to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in complex data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner across departments.
- Sound judgment and decision-making with limited guidance
- Knowledge of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts
- Broad understanding of business tools, processes, and best practices
