Ellington Solutions is seeking out qualified candidates that will:
- Create and uphold comprehensive process maps reflecting both the current and future states of FTE's financial operations while pinpointing areas for enhancement and ensuring alignment with Florida PALM system requirements.
- Drive the identification, documentation, and refinement of FTE’s financial procedures.
- Perform an in-depth analysis and reconciliation of FTE’s Chart of Accounts (COA) to achieve alignment with Florida PALM.
- Manage the transfer of financial data to the new system, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data.
- Design and establish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.
- Create and implement test plans to verify system functionality and data precision.
- Work closely with the Florida PALM Project Team and FTE stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition.
The qualified candidate will have:
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Proven advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience in process mapping and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Oracle or Transformation Implementations.
- Knowledge of Power Query and PowerPivot.
- Familiarity with process modeling software, such as IBM Blueworks or Visio.
- Excellent soft skills, including communication, multitasking, time management, leadership, and teamwork.
