We are currently looking for experienced Business Analysts with experience within the Retail/E-commerce space to join a relatively new team working on a project within luxury fashion. It is essential that this person has experience with payments to help analyse the payment service provider flows.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be a champion for exceptional digital experiences for our client's customers and have a focus on quality, ensuring the delivery aligns with the needs of the business.
You will need to work onsite in central London (~3 days a week).
- Good understanding of retail / ecommerce from a business and technology perspective
- Payments/finance experience is essential
- Strong analytical skills; able to trace how systems interoperate, domain boundaries and the data flows between them
- Comfortable working as part of an agile development team, with good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and a collaborative mindset to get things done
- Expert in requirements capture and logical structuring of a work backlog (Initiatives, Epics, Stories) working very closely with the Product Owner and Delivery lead in particular
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good stakeholder management skills and forging strong working relationships at all levels
- Conceptual understanding of technology stacks the teams are developing in (programming languages, frameworks etc..)
- Experience building strong working relationships with other Delivery Leads and stakeholders
- Experience fostering an open and honest environment where achievements are celebrated and mistakes are learned from, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to help resolve conflicts, where necessary.
