Job Summary:
The Level 2 Technical Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, analyze data, and help drive process improvements for RAVE IFE products This role ensures business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Perform data analysis and provide insights for decision-making
- Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Support testing and validation of solutions
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience-Based Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools
- Exposure to software development lifecycles
The starting pay range for this position is $84,800 - $101,700 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
