Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. The role involves analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to propose solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Develop and present business case studies for potential solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing and change management processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of business analysis courses.
- Process engineering qualifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
