As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse complex business processes, define requirements, and ensure seamless communication with development teams.
Responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating complex scenarios into clear functional specifications for the development teams, supporting system and process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry regulations - particularly within the energy sector.

Experience translating business needs into detailed specifications for software development teams.
Knowledge of regulatory processes in the energy sector (highly desirable).
