I am partnering with my client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Longford region, to recruit a Business Systems Analyst for their finance team. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business transformation, optimise systems, and enhance reporting processes.
Your New Job:
You will report to the Finance Director and act as a super user for business systems, leading key projects, training departments, and acting as a trusted business partner across the company. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive projects to enhance system efficiency and business processes
- Act as a super user on ERP and business systems, providing support, training, and guidance to teams
- Monitor system usage and train departments to improve adoption and efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to streamline reporting and improve data-driven decision-making
- Support ERP system implementation and optimisation, with a focus on SAP implementation and user training
- Act as a business partner, collaborating with finance and operational teams to improve reporting and system integration
- Provide insight into project prioritisation and workload management
- Manage system data for daily operations and reporting using Power BI
- Drive business process change to improve system utilisation and ownership
Business Systems Analyst responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience in Management Accounting, Business Analysis, or ERP System Administration
- Strong SAP implementation and user training experience, with a solid understanding of finance and reporting systems
- Proven expertise in project management, change management, and process optimisation
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools is an advantage

Pay: €65,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
