Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 4 to join our team, supporting the Client Engineering team in a large Epic hosting project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting tools like Imprivata SSO, Duo MFA, WorkspaceOne, and Horizon VDI, ensuring smooth execution and technical management of tasks. This role will involve close collaboration with business and technical teams to define solutions and deliver them within a hybrid agile framework.
- Serve as the liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders, providing expert facilitation and elicitation to help develop strategies and requirements for future enhancements and related work projects.
- Manage and troubleshoot tools such as Imprivata SSO, Duo MFA, WorkspaceOne, and Horizon VDI.
- Monitor and resolve issues in ServiceNow, manage Active Directory groups, and oversee device and profile management for iOS and VDI systems.
- Provide third-level support, deploy software packages, and ensure the effective operation of endpoint management systems.
- Participate in various related work requests and contribute to the operational activities of the BA team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of general Business Analyst experience.
- Extensive experience in facilitation of requirements elicitation meetings; experience with gap fit analysis and requirements refinement.
- Strong understanding of business process review, requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Proficient in using tools such as Azure DevOps, VISIO, and MS Office products.
- Experience in managing user stories on Agile development projects and working directly with senior management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects.
- Experience working on IT infrastructure projects and with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
