About the Team
The Performance and Improvement Team sits within LLE Operations and is responsible for driving process improvement initiatives through business and system workflow analysis, identification of issues and design and implementation of solutions. The team is furthermore responsible for the documentation of business processes across the unit, ensuring consistency, compliance and periodic maintenance.
About the Role
The Business Process Analyst works closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, business drivers and specific requirements associated with continuous improvement initiatives across LLEU. Within the context of the improvement initiatives, the Business Process Analyst ensures solutions will meet requirements of the business and contribute to goals of the unit.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives within LLEU in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Undertaking objective, systematic analysis of problems and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence
- Promote change and continuous improvement across LLEU processes and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and external to LLEU to facilitate discussions around issues and proposed solutions
- Manage and mentor direct reports to achieve team deliverables
Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $104,251 to $115,327 pa (HEW 7) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is
full time and appointment will be made on a
