General Description of Work:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to add to our team to enhance and maintain internal systems, with a focus on Salesforce. This role involves system improvements, data management, and integrations to optimize operations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical and collaborative skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and Apex development.
- Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Knowledge of databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Git and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration and Development:
- Customize Salesforce with workflows, flows, and custom objects.
- Develop Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Manage integrations with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
System Tasks and Improvements:
- Maintain and update internal systems for stability.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Document configurations and workflows.
Data Management and Documentation:
- Ensure data quality and perform regular audits.
- Document data workflows and integrations.
Collaboration and Training:
- Gather system requirements from stakeholders.
- Train users on system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance to team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
