Your opportunity
Join an established small project team working to implement a new contract management system globally for Janus Henderson. You will be responsible for owning specific tasks which are necessary to migrate existing contracts from their current location to the new system, and to replace / enhance accessibility, management information, oversight and reporting for the business on their contracts dependent on the business teams requirements.

Must have skills
- Basic knowledge of legal contracts (very basic) as role will involve extracting core data from legal agreements (counterparties, contract titles, effective dates etc).
- Good excel skills needed to document work performed using excel templates and perform some data manipulation, reconciliation, and checking.
- Communication skills required as need to be comfortable talking to various business owners about their contracts, management information, reporting and other data uses; includes communicating by email, in-person and Teams meetings.
- Attention to detail required as it is critical that data and documentation is accurate.
- A positive can-do attitude &willingness to be flexible to the different ways in which we need to approach the work depending on business requirements, and to carry out other duties as assigned.
Nice to have skills
- Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, concatenations, lookups, mapping
- Knowledge of asset management; in particular Distribution
