Yelp engineering culture is driven by our values: we’re a cooperative team that values individual authenticity and encourages creative solutions to problems. All new engineers deploy working code their first week, and we strive to broaden individual impact with support from managers, mentors, and teams. At the end of the day, we’re all about helping our users, growing as engineers, and having fun in a collaborative environment.
Love working with Salesforce? Do you like using your technical knowledge to help catalyze business success? Business Systems Analysts are the drivers for all Sales and Customer Success technical projects for thousands of users across Yelp. They follow projects from conception through execution, forming the bridge between our business teams and technical teams. On an average day, BSA's might be immersed in technical solution design meetings, talking to sales leadership about their strategic goals, documenting user stories, spec-ing out new ideas and always improving the Yelper experience.
As a BSA at Yelp, you'll have the opportunity to think creatively about how to make internal tools better, scale to support Yelp’s fast growth, and contribute to the success of the sales & CS teams. You'll work with incredible teams of engineers, salesforce admins, product managers, and business partners. Join a fun team where you will continue to develop your skills while helping ensure that Yelp has an effective and scalable platform for our business-critical departments!
This opportunity requires you to be located in the Republic of Ireland. We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
