Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to join their team.
This key role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to ensure products meet stakeholder needs while delivering tangible value
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (clients, users, technical teams).
- Gather and analyze stakeholder needs and feedback to align the product with their expectations.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, identifying strategic priorities.
- Write detailed business and functional requirements in the form of user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
- Define acceptance criteria for features in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and integrate user feedback to optimize features.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and making decisions.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success working in agile software development environments, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
