The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven
strategies that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency within our food
manufacturing operations. This position is critical for transforming raw data into
actionable insights, fostering business growth, and promoting innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the company's
business objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage data for driving innovation and operational
enhancements.
Supervise the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and
reliability.
Manage data integration processes, maintaining high standards of data quality
across various sources.
Lead the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights
into critical business metrics.
Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for
improvement.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing BI team.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development within
the team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and
deliver tailored BI solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure alignment of BI initiatives
with organizational goals.
Oversee BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to budgets.
Engage with stakeholders to define project scopes, requirements, and
deliverables.
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Implement and maintain best practices for data governance and security.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree or relevant
certifications (e.g., CBIP, PMP) is highly preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related domain, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry or a
similar sector.
