Our Business Analysis Practice is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to step into a permanent position. This role focuses on key digital, AI, and data initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business goals and enhance customer experience.
You will analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, offering insights that guide decision-making. Working within an Agile framework, you’ll partner with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring quality, managing project documentation, and supporting the smooth implementation of digital tools.
About you | Ko wai koe
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in digital product development, where you've worked closely with development teams to build solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in data analytics allows you to interpret complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights. You will also have knowledge and experience working with AI tools and be able to collaborate with teams working to implement AI solutions.
In addition, you are skilled in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel, and have a good understanding of API integrations and data models.
If you have experience in the dairy or agri-tech industries, or knowledge of New Zealand’s digital landscape, that would be an advantage. You thrive in fast-paced roles, bringing a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a strong analytical approach to every project.
