Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CFO in the planning and budgeting process to ensure seamless execution and accuracy.
- Perform monthly financial reporting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Submitting monthly reports into HFM (e.g., Net Invoicing, PnL, and other submissions).
- Reviewing financial reports with the CFO before submission to Headquarters.
- Provide budget holders with timely and accurate information regarding their budgets to facilitate decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:- A BCom Honours in Finance (or currently studying towards honours).
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an analytical role, such as Financial Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industries.
Skills and Competencies:- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and basic automation within Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
