We are currently seeking a Business Development Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the business development processes, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies that drive new opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate for this position will be both analytical and strategic, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence to support business development efforts.
· Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational processes aimed at maximizing efficiency and impact.
· Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for key stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Monitor KPIs and develop reporting frameworks to track efficacy of strategies and operational initiatives.
Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development strategies and initiatives.
· Provide support in preparing for client meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring necessary data and analysis is readily available.
· Foster relationships within the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or strategy analysis, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
· Experience with CRM software and project management tools is advantageous.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different teams.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sports and entertainment.
