About the role:
As part of the Business Applications Team within ICT, you'll support systems that form the end-to-end solutions accessed by frontline services and customers, across mhs homes, as well as line-of-business systems required by specific departments.
You'll provide 2nd line support for business applications and Microsoft 365 solutions, working with the wider ICT Team to deliver a comprehensive and unified service to the business. You'll collaborate with software providers to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements to solutions.
About You:
You'll be experienced in supporting, maintaining and implementing integrated applications with excellent working understanding of CRMs, data systems, interfaces and digital technologies.
Our successful candidate will work effectively with colleagues across the business, and with external stakeholders.
