Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Avnet House, Rutherford Cl, Stevenage SG1 2EF

Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: £27.05/Hr.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to define project scope, priorities, and objectives.
- Lead business analysis efforts by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Assist in defining the future state and help develop a roadmap for the project’s implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
- Support the Project Manager with planning and prioritization, ensuring that the most critical tasks are addressed first.
- Develop detailed use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to guide development and testing.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide insights to help with decision-making and issue resolution.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on technical requirements and process analysis.
- Proven experience with business analysis in complex IT projects and familiarity with project management processes.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
- Ability to help define the future state of business processes and translate them into actionable tasks for the project team.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for managing requirements and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process modeling tools and requirements management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex IT systems and communicate business requirements effectively.
- Experience in supporting project teams with prioritization and planning.
- Ability to define and analyze future state scenarios and assist with roadmaps for implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
