Position Overview

The Business Analyst will focus on market research, analyzing trends in the e-commerce, consumer market, and logistics sectors. This role involves structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work effectively with diverse teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a solid ability to collaborate in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Insights

Conduct market research to provide insights for managerial teams, particularly related to e-commerce, consumer markets, and logistics sectors.

Problem Solving and Action

Structure ambiguous problems and take proactive steps to develop and implement solutions.

Data Synthesis and Reporting

Analyze complex data and distill clear, actionable takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Team Collaboration

Work effectively with diverse teams to arrive at the best solutions, driving organizational action and change.

Communication

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.

Requirements

Education and Experience

An undergraduate degree is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
At least 1+ years of relevant work experience post-graduation is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong adaptability and the ability to collaborate in a flexible, dynamic environment.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in market, industry, and business analysis using tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
