A great UHY client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with reporting, dashboards, and metrics. They will also have Sage and Phocas skills.

The Business Systems Analyst role is a hybrid position, with Tuesday-Thursday each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.

Business Systems Analyst Experience

Collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
Analyzing and documenting current business processes and systems
Designing and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Creating detailed functional specifications and system documentation
Testing and validating system changes to ensure they meet business requirements
Supporting the implementation of new systems or updates to existing systems
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems

Business Systems Analyst Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Preferred: Business analysis certification
~5 years of experience in business analysis
Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.
Strong problem resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage both IT staff and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
