How you’ll make a difference

This is a new and exciting role which will lead multiple feature teams who are responsible for the overall execution and build of complex technical Infrastructure solutions within the IT Enablement Value Stream. You'll develop, and refine technical end to end solutions, assisting the architects and feature team tech leads to come to overcome technical blockers, consult on design work and ensure the correct governance is followed. You'll also be responsible for ensuring technologies within your feature teams stream run efficiently and remain stable to meet customer needs. This role will work hand in hand with the Product Owner to aid in the assessment of prioritisations on the product backlog and ensure technical dependencies are understood.

Analytical and Agile Skills: Provide analytical support and produce Agile deliverables such as User Stories and Process Flows.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to identify problems, influence solutions, and define scope and strategy.
Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication skills and contribute to a high-performing team through knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively solve problems.
Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies and regulatory frameworks.
