Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The role is home based however due to our various points of operational delivery there maybe be a need to travel to sites at time.

Responsibilities

Capture and document current state business processes, data flows, and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map out future operational states for business processes.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document user requirements.
Utilise data analysis skills to assess current processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as required.
Helping to drive value from product and process transformation.

Qualifications / Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with strong analytical skills.
Understanding of systems and their impact on business operations is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
