Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work in a small team and report to the Manager. Your responsibilities will be to:

Gather and document business requirements from clients.
Convert the clients business requirements into technical requirements to be implemented by the software development team.
Build your technical and communication skills so that you can mentor and teach others, talk with our customers, and report to stakeholders
Be involved in the testing process.
Strong Business Analyst experience
Engaging stakeholders during the discovery phase to gather and document requirements for new projects and changes to existing IT systems.
Strong skills in problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Proficiency in project planning, estimation, requirements gathering, and business case writing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience in delivering comprehensive Infrastructure, Networking, or IT Security projects.
Expertise in requirements gathering.
Capability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
Developing documentation for bespoke applications.
Clearly defining business requirements and process flows for various programs.
Preparing detailed business analysis documentation.
Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, development team members, third parties, clients, and others to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
Adapting communication styles to suit different audiences.
Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures.
