Your responsibilities will include:

As a Business Analyst your primary responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to stimulate feedback and drive consensus on strategy.
Create and/or review manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.

About you:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to work closely with our customer and business community, nationwide.

To see you succeed in this role you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on diverse business functions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Diligent time management skills.

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Confidential New Zealand Defence Security Clearance by meeting one of the following criteria:

A NZ citizen, OR
A NZ Permanent Resident who has resided in NZ for the past 5 years OR
A citizen of Australia, Canada, UK or the USA who has a current work permit for NZ

You will also be required to undergo pre-employment activities including drug screening and vetting by NZ Police.
