JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as a Business analyst to provide tactical data insights for Keppel business domains
Evaluate and communicate potential and realized Business Value created by Data
Point of contact to provide data related business domain inputs during project ideation, needs assessment and project delivery
Provide a data perspective for Keppel specific business domains, highlighting how data can be leveraged to deliver value
Modeling of data to demonstrate business value derived from data
Prioritize activities based on value and engage with decision makers throughout the end-to-end process, from creative ideation all the way to delivery on BI, Advanced Analytics and other data related assets
Assist leaders to ‘work backwards’ from the opportunity to capture the right data & design solutions that improve responsiveness & decision- making
Validate backlog priorities with stakeholders and provide feedback on progress
Act as the voice of the business and help validate data products before they are presented to business for approval
Collaborate with Data business partners to deconstruct and re-engineer existing processes and technology, emphasizing speed and quality of insights
Quantify expected value resulting from process improvements to secure stakeholder support and build trust
Ensure effective user education and monitor adoption of the solution, facilitating seamless integration into daily operations
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to probe and uncover underlying issues, and maintain strong relationships to facilitate acceptance and adoption of data-driven innovation
Drive business transformation by mapping and translating legacy processes into efficient workflows that align with current business priorities and vision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min. 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of business domains and data analysis specific to select domain, data management and practices
Prior experience as business and data analyst
MBA preferred
Consulting experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,200.00 per month
