We are the leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint. We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.

About the role:

In this newly created role you will apply your systems and process e unity to engage in newly analysis skills and methodology to inform improvements to both ERP and CRM systems. Effective stakeholder engagement will be critical to your success. Your role will include:

Facilitate process mapping sessions and create detailed process documentation.
Develop and improve processes based on gathered insights.
Assist in the configuration and optimization of the ERP system.
Programmatic updates to systems based on business changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP integration.

About you:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Prior experience with ERP systems, product configurations, and CRM systems is highly preferred (SQL, Netsuite, SugarCRM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
