As a Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Associate Helpdesk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our ICT operations, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered in a timely manner. You will investigate and resolve low complexity customer issues and queries to ensure customer satisfaction or escalate appropriately for a timely resolution. Additionally, you will assist with the end-to-end procurement and deployment of computer systems and software, contributing to the seamless operation of our ICT services.

Your responsibilities and skill set will quickly expand while being a critical member of our large ICT team, servicing stackeholders in both NZ and the rest of the world.

About you:

You ideally have:

A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar

0 - 2 years experience in an ICT Customer Service or similar role

Experience with business improvement projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to troubleshoot pragmatically

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work autonomously

Relationship building and networking skills

Open to honest feedback to help develop your skills

Demonstrated time management and organisational management skills
