As a Business Analyst at EDT, you’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve processes across departments like manufacturing, sales, distribution, and procurement. What you will be doing

Collaborating with different teams to spot opportunities for improving processes, cutting costs, and boosting efficiency.
Turning business needs into technical solutions and acting as the bridge between the tech and business teams.
Joining workshops, gathering insights, and offering ideas for how we can improve our operations.
Analysing data to help us make better decisions and find ways to grow.
Supporting the creation of business cases and project plans to help guide the decision-making process.
Helping to roll out new changes, including training and supporting teams with new processes and technologies.
Working in a fast-paced, agile environment—where you’ll be involved in team meetings and planning sessions.
Based at our European IT Centre in Wantage, Oxfordshire (onsite) with opportunities to travel to other locations.

What we are looking for

Essential:

A degree in IT, Business, or a related STEM field (other relevant degrees welcome too!).
Great communication skills—you’ll be working with all kinds of people, so collaboration is key.
Some experience in a business environment, whether through, previous positions, internships, or placements.
A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills—you’ll need to dig into data and understand what it’s telling you.
A proactive attitude, curiosity, and the drive to learn and take ownership of your work.
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A willingness to learn new tech and contribute ideas for improvement.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
An understanding of IT infrastructure or manufacturing processes.
Experience in a global manufacturing environment or similar.
Previous work experience in a related role or industry.
