Helen Winter has over 20 years Business Analysis and Business Change experience as is widely regarded as an expert in the field. Helen has worked as a consultant on all stages of the project life cycle on large scale Transformation Programs within Financial Services, Regulation, Insurance and Utilities. She has the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, is recognized by the British Computing Society (BCS) as a Certified Chartered IT professional and was shortlisted as a potential BCS nominee for the 2017 Karen Burt Memorial Award.

She is an active volunteer for IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) chairing the Midlands chapter organizing business analysis related events in the UK at regional businesses.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Business Analyst Jobs.

Eligibility to Enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are residents of the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, United States, New Zealand, and Switzerland. Employees of Business Analyst Jobs are excluded from the draw.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to Enter

  1. The prize draw will run for 30 days from Monday, 22nd July 2024 to Wednesday, 21st August 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  2. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the specified actions as described in the competition details.
  3. Business Analyst Jobs will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The Prize

  1. The prize will be one of ten copies of "The Business Analysis Handbook."
  2. The use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random using computer software.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  5. The prize will be purchased at an online retailer of Business Analyst Jobs' choosing and sent to the winner via the methods made available by said retailer.
  6. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  7. The decision of Business Analyst Jobs regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

  1. The winner will be notified during the week commencing Monday, 26th August 2024 via the email provided during entry.
  2. Business Analyst Jobs will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Business Analyst Jobs reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the Prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Business Analyst Jobs for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  2. The winner’s name will not be made public.
  3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Business Analyst Jobs' Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Business Analyst Jobs does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Business Analyst Jobs does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  2. Business Analyst Jobs does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

  1. Business Analyst Jobs reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
